REFUND POLICY

Since we custom make our products, we only accept an exchange / return if you have received a wrong product or if it is damaged within 5 days of purchase.

To process an exchange or return please email us on care@dewylupin.com or whatsapp / call us on + 91 8591083852 with your order details, reason for return and a picture of the wrong / damaged product

On receipt of your email, our customer service representative will have the product collected within 2 working days. On receipt of your returned products, our quality team will check the product. We will send the correct item within 5 days after receiving the product or we clear your Refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of returned products. The amount of refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be.

International exchanges / returns will not be processed.
