ORDER, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Policies :

DOMESTIC- 

  1. Shipping within India is INR 150 irrespective of the number of items bought.
  2. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 500
  3. Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. 
  4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at care@dewylupin.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

Custom-made order policy

No return or exchange on custom order pieces, as we get the fabric, color and print as per customers selection only.

We will make it according to the size given by customers and leave some scope for alterations to the garments.

We take full payment in advance for us to start making the garment and on request we can send pictures on your email id once the product it ready to dispatch.

We will take between 2 days to 25 business days to make the product depending upon the style you select as these are custom made products.

Easily available fabric (running plain fabric) would take less time to make compare to zari stripes and hand painted or printed styles.

Give us your custom measurement, color and other requests in the note list, then we will confirm with you again when we receive your order.

Where All Do We Deliver?

Our service is available across the world. However we accept payments only in USD, EUR, CAD and INR. More currencies will be added soon! We reserve the right to discontinue services across geographies partially or completely. The confirmed orders, if any, from such geographies shall not be affected.

Delivery Guidelines

Please provide complete address so that our delivery agents can locate you easily. While we will try to ensure deliveries within the estimated time, we will not be responsible for delayed deliveries resulting from incomplete address listings.

Please note that the delivery agents shall come only to the address mentioned in your profile. If there is any change in the address, please edit the same in your profile.

Kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when delivery is attempted. A redelivery due to no one being available to receive the package will be charged an additional redelivery charge of Rs 150 (India) or USD 10 (international).

Also be aware that if the building in the shipping address does not allow delivery agents in the premises, then you have to come to the main gate and collect the courier otherwise we will be under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall we attempt redelivery of the same order.

Shipping Cost

Shipping Cost may be levied depending on the address of the shipment. This will be indicated at the time of placing the order.

Delivery Timeline

With each dress, we display the number of days it will take to deliver it. If you have multiple dresses in your order, the entire order will be delivered at the same time, which will be the largest of the individual delivery dates in your order. For instance, if you order for a dress that has a delivery period of 5 days and another that has a delivery period of 8 days, then the entire order will be delivered to you 8 days after we receive the order.

The expected date of delivery will be mentioned on order confirmation. If we can deliver earlier or in case of a delay, we shall communicate the same to you accordingly.

Transit Risk

If delivery agent fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. But we will not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by the delivery agent.

Address Change Requests

You will be required to keep your address in your profile updated at all times.

If you change the address while an order is pending, you will need to additionally email the same to care@dewylupin.com or call the Customer Care number. Delivery date may vary slightly in this case.

Only one shipping address can be associated with one shipment, while you can maintain multiple addresses in your profile.

Address cannot be changed post dispatch of product.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Some delivery networks charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not DEWY LUPIN. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

In the event of a redelivery of the same order due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers will be responsible to pay additional charge of Rs 150 (India).

 

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 7 days and then reprocess/reship the order. If you have any question about our shipping policies, please email us at care@dewylupin.com.
