RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 13 days of delivery for refund or Exchange.

Return and Exchange policy for domestic orders. w.e.f - 10th August 2024
Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non-availability of the product, we will issue you a refund via online gift card.
For all accepted returns, we will issue a refund or online gift card immediately after we receive the products from your end and its pass quality check process. Return process may take up to 7-8 days.
Return Policy:
1. Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 13 days of receiving the order. Request here.
2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
3. Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
4. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged or Store credit can be issued.
- Credit Note:
- The credit note issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
- If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it.
- Self-shipping: In-case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
Exchange Policy: w.e.f - 10th August 2024
1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 13 days of receiving the order. Request here.
2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange. If a customer still wishes to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.
3. Payment: The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
4. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
5. Product Exchange:
- If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
- If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.
- Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.
Refund Policy:
1. Process: Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes our quality check.
2. Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 5-6 working days.
3. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
4. Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the Dewy Lupin team. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. In exceptional cases, a credit note, or replacement will be issued.
