RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellation

Since each item we create is customized as per the measurements provided to us, we do not appreciate cancellation of any order post 12 hours of placing the order. No refunds will be made in case an order is cancelled 24 hours after placing it. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may accept refund requests on a case-to-case basis. In such an event, you must agree that our decision on accepting your refund request will be final and binding on you.

Returns

Customer experience and satisfaction is our primary focus and we would hate for you to have any reason to return the products delivered to you. Our designers take utmost care in procuring the highest quality material, embellishments and accessories to create the perfect dresses for you. Our talented designers and tailors always work toward providing the perfect finishing to their creations.

But it may be possible that some item may not be to your satisfaction for a variety of reasons.

Item Received in Damaged Condition or Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered, please call Customer Care or write an email to care@dewylupin.com within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials, tags as well as the product itself.

We will get the item picked and offer a free replacement of the same upon review of the item. In such an event, you must agree that our decision on accepting your refund request will be final and binding on you. We will also need your co-operation in providing pictures of the item.

If the exact replacement is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and deliver the same to you. You will be required to pay only for the alternate item(s). You will not be charged for the original item that we shall be collecting.

If you do not want any alternate item then we will refund you in full with no deduction whatsoever.

For any dissatisfaction with the fitting

Our partner designers and tailors always strive for the best fit possible. Yet, we provide extra stitches in every item that allow for minor alterations that can be done from your end. For any alterations where you would require our assistance, you would be required to send pictures of you in the dress. It will help us understand the fitting issue better. If the alteration is required due to an error from our side, we will do the alteration for you free of any cost. Our delivery partners will pick up the package from your address and delivery it to you again
(no applicable for international customer). If the alteration is required due to an error in uploading your measurements, then no replacement or refund will be provided. However, you have the option of sending it back to us so that we can rectify and send it back. In this case, the alteration will be chargeable to cover shipping charges both sides.

We have sole discretion in deciding whether to offer refund or not depending on the merit of the case.

Ordered item unavailable

In case of multiple goods being ordered, if the delivery is not possible for certain items, customers will be requested to select alternate items or if no alternate selection is desired by customer then she will be promptly refunded against the non-delivered goods.

Refunds / Credits of unavailable / cancelled item

All credits to be posted to a customer's credit card or bank account or any other payment account takes about 8-10 business days to be processed. The corresponding bank of the customers may take about 2 business days to actually post these to the customer's accounts from the date we processed the credits. Customers can check these credits in their next credit card statement or in their respective accounts from where the payment was made in about 10-12 business days.

Color and Description Disclaimer

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance color, handwork details, material, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate descriptions.

While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, designs, patterns, fits or finish there may be minor variations in color, design, pattern, fit or finish of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes and differences in display output due to lighting at the time of photo shoot, digital photography and color settings, capabilities of computer monitors or phone screens or variation in source of procurement of such material or any such other reason.

A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer or phone screen against the actual color of the outfit received.

Customers should also be aware that certain fabrics like raw silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where the threads are visible in different directions and may not have a perfect finish which is a inherent feature of that fabric. These are not defects. This crude finish is the beauty of these fabrics.

Garment Care

Here are a few instructions to take care of the dresses we create for you. Returns or refunds shall not be entertained if these instructions are not followed

All dresses are to be dry cleaned only. We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequins and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Also such dresses need greater precaution while storing it as the sequins or beads may rub with the fabric and cause damage. It is advisable to always keep a sheet of butter paper to separate the sequined part from the other fabric.
